Recently, SMER's after-sales department received a call from a customer, who said that the LCD panel of the small current grounding line selection device they purchased from our company has no black screen display. How to solve this problem. The customer provided us with the device model and code. We found out that this is the small current grounding line selection device we supplied three years ago.
Our after-sales staff guided the on-site person in charge of troubleshooting on the phone according to the on-site use situation described by the customer, but the screen still didn't light up. We gave a plan to send it back to the manufacturer for inspection and maintenance.

After the equipment was disassembled for LCD panel detection, internal power line detection, switch button detection and so on, we found that the internal power line was loose, resulting in poor contact. We immediately tightened the internal power line, and there was no problem after debugging.
After solving the problem that the LCD panel of the small current grounding line selection device has no display, the after-sales docking personnel contacted the on-site person in charge to explain the inspection situation. After that, the customer expressed his gratitude and was very satisfied with our after-sales service.
