When fault recording is in normal operation, fault recording device collects the analog electrical quantity (voltage, current, power) and switch quantity connected in real time. When the fault occurs, according to preset startup setting value, the fault recording device automatically starts recording the analog electrical quantity and switch data in a period before and after the fault, and generates fault recording file.
A hydroelectric power plant purchased our generator transformer fault recording device, which is mainly composed of host system, data conversion unit, printer, LCD, mouse and keyboard. The main functions include: data acquisition, fault start discrimination, operation, debugging management, setting, recording data storage, fault report printing, remote transmission, time synchronization, etc.
The technical configuration of the fault recorder is that the recording channel capacity is 64 channels of analog quantity and 128 channels of switching quantity. The fault dynamic recording time is 0.5 seconds before the fault and 3 seconds after the fault, and the frequency is 10Hz. Each recording time is 3.5 seconds.
